With over two decades of experience in healthcare, Caroline shifted her attention towards holistic healing believing that the body knows how to heal itself when given the right tools/support and guidance.
She focuses her massage and wellness practice on lymphatic drainage and the maintenance and strengthening of the immune system. The lymph system is responsible for clearing out viruses, bacteria, waste, and cellular debris through an efficient network. Manual lymph drainage (MLD) is a light touch massage addressing the movement of lymph (which can become stagnant) through tiny capillaries just underneath the skin.
She also incorporates other forms of light touch through reiki, reflexology, and ASMR ( autonomous sensory meridian response).
During her practice, she uses medicinal-grade essential oils from Wisdom of the Earth, which contain natural antiviral and antibacterial properties.
